What We Do Best

When we established Internet Institute we defined our overall objectives:

To become the leading regional independent center for research and development, education and deployment of information technologies (ICT), particularly Internet, to the society as a whole;
To promote and support appropriate relevant strategies and policy making initiatives by increasing their visibility and transparency;
To identify and support the most efficient and effective local and regional development initiatives and strategies;
To spearhead management of development activities on the local and regional level.

We selected activities and work areas that are most conducive to achieving the objectives we set for our selves. We focused on the four work areas: project management, events management, knowledge transfer and design and production - that we were good at and worked on them until they became what we do best.
