We offer the following training modules that we always adjust and match to our client's needs:- FP7

The Seventh Framework Programme [FP7] bundles all research-related EU initiatives together under a common roof playing a crucial role in reaching the goals of growth, competitiveness and employment. This training module provides information on the Specific Programs, thematic priorities, logical, legal and financial framework, application procedures and project proposal preparation.It is envisioned as an initial to intermediary classroom course and it targets managerial and project staff.
- IPA

European Instrument for Pre-Accession [IPA] supersedes the previously existing pre-accession instruments [Phare, ISPA, SAPARD, CARDS], thus streamlining under a single legal basis all European pre-accession assistance. Under the regulation potential candidate countries have access to funding for infrastructure, regional development, rural development and labor and social measures, through Transition Assistance and Institution Building components.This training module will provide information on the logical, financial and legal framework of the Instrument, application procedures and project proposal preparation. It is envisioned as an initial to intermediary classroom course and it targets managerial and project staff.
- Proposal Writing

Project proposal writing can be organized as hands-on or classroom type of training; and can be linked to requirements of a specific program [FP7, CIP, IPA...]. It includes an in-depth analysis of the Work Programmes and Calls for proposals: objectives, evaluation criteria and minimum thresholds, budget; Project objectives and state-of-the-art; Project results: impact, exploitation and dissemination; Project plan, milestones and deliverables; Project management, roles and organisation of consortium; Key recommendations & success factors; EPSS; Administrative forms. Initial training providing an overview of the project proposal writing procedures with hands-on exercises.
Targets project staff. Participants obtain essential knowledge in the subject-matter.
- Training Program

Project proposal training program is a week-long hands-on training with follow-up activities; directly linked to open calls for proposals of FP7, CIP or IPA. Proposal-writing workshop is held in anticipation of call for proposals’ opening, and the follow-up activities are carried on until the call deadline. The program ends with participants in the program submitting their project proposals for funding.
The program includes:
- Five-day hands-on training in project proposal writing where participants develop their project ideas into initial draft of project proposals,
- Follow-up one-on-one consultations and “red-teaming” exercises in the run-up to submission deadline provide support as the project proposal is developing,
- Assistance in partner search & consortium building.
- Project management

Project management training is organized as a four-day module.
It includes the following topics:
- Project management basics,
- Planning processes,
- Developing a Work Breakdown Structure,
- Creating project schedule,
- Implementation, monitoring and control processes,
- Quality Management,
- Cost management,
- Project reviews,
- Closing processes,
- Managing teams.
The module targets project staff and provides basic concepts of project planning, implementation and monitoring. It can be adapted to focus specifically on international collaborative projects, such as FP7 or CIP projects.
- Info Days

Info Days are organized as one-day information and networking session.
Info Days are linked to specific Calls for proposals and target companies and/or organizations interested in applying. Agenda usually covers analysis of the themes covered by the call, overview of application procedures, information on evaluation criteria, budget and deadlines.
Infor Days provide general information to management and project staff, and represent a networking and experience exchange opportunity.
- Financial management

Project financial management training is organized as one-day module. It focuses not only on project financial management best practices, but also specifically on issues related to financial management of EU collaborative projects financed through FP7 or CIP.
The module covers topics such as:
- Basic financial management concepts,
- Cost estimation,
- Financial regulations and rules for participation,
- Cost reimbursement system: eligible and non eligible costs, costs models and types of cost reimbursements;
- Project accounting,
- Budget management,
- Audit certificates and audits,
- Tips and best practices.
- Risk management

Project risk management is a two-day classroom style training module.
Topics covered include:
- Risk management planning,
- Risk identification,
- Qualitative and quantitative risk analysis,
- Risk response planning, monitoring and control.
The module provides participants with proven strategies and practical approaches. Targets staff involved in management and implementation of projects.
